Rib-Eye Steak

Tonight we had yet another delicious meal...Rib-Eye Steak with Whiskey Cream Sauce and Onion Strings.   Boy was it good.  Again, I am not a fan of onions, but there was very little in the sauce and the whiskey added a whole new level.  It was delicious.  The Onion Strings were also very good for someone who doesn't like onions.  I just sliced them VERY thin and let 'em fry!  What's better than that!!!  The Hubby was very pleased with this meal.
